Stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 11, 2024, or the Record Date, are entitled to receive notice of, to attend and participate, and to vote at our Annual Meeting.
You will be able to attend and participate in our Annual Meeting online by using the webcast link, entering your name, email address, and the 16-digit control number found on your proxy card or voter instruction form. You can also vote your shares electronically during our Annual Meeting. To participate and vote in the Annual Meeting, you will need the 16-digit control number included on your proxy card or voter instruction form.
Online check-in will begin at 8:45 a.m. CDT, and you should allow ample time for the check-in procedures. We plan to have a webcast replay, which will be posted to the Investor Relations section of our website located at https://investors.bensonhill.com.
