As of the close of business on June 20, 2023, or the Record Date, stockholders of record are entitled to receive notice of, to attend and participate, and to vote at our Annual Meeting.
You will be able to attend and participate in our Annual Meeting online by using the webcast link, entering your name, email address, and the 16-digit control number found on your Notice, proxy card, or voter instruction form. You can also vote your shares electronically at our Annual Meeting. To participate and vote in the Annual Meeting, you will need the 16-digit control number included on your Notice, proxy card, or voter instruction form.
